Purple Smoothie

Start your day with a healthy meal!

We noticed that when we have something nutritious as our first meal of the day, we are less prone to pound slices of pizza for dinner. And then we mess it up with the midnight trip to the gas station to buy chocolate chip cookies. If you are more disciplined with eating, you have our respect.

This purple smoothie contains no added sugar, only one that occurs naturally in the ingredients. We topped the smoothie peanut butter because we simply love it, chia seeds, and organic oats.

  • Blender


  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk


  • Slice the half of the banana and strawberries, add them to the blender with other ingredients.
  • Blend and serve!


  • You can top your smoothie with PB, chia seeds, and oats for more nutrients.
